interlocking Brick entranceway
The work was assigned to a subcontractor who was quite capable. We felt rushed to sign a contract and were not shown samples of the materials to be used. We were not happy with the "tumbled stone look" originally agreed to and requested a different type of stone with a "flagstone" look. The owner/contractor initially refused our request maintaining we "signed a contract" so must live with what was selected. He was frenetic and angry calling us back several times in the space of 10 minutes. his wife finally called us and agreed to our request to go to a building material site and pick out a stone we liked that was available in stock. It did not delay the subcontractor nor was a major increase in material cost.
Avoid this company because the owner is a very unusual character unwilling to to listen to his clients.
