I researched for a while and compared several options between freelance engineers and companies. I finally choose KSM corp. because they are certified and quality guaranteed. This is the best service I ever had regarding the home renovation. I got the drawing 2 weeks later after the engineer's visit. I sent my drawing to the townhall and just got my permit last week. Very efficiently.

I want to thank Mohammad for helping me with a set of drawings I needed for my basement apartment. I did shop around on the internet for similar services but was a bit hesitant in selecting him because I wanted to be cautious about using people on the internet. Not only did Mohammad offered me a really reasonable rate for the service but it was his level of professionalism and customer service skills that made me ultimately selected him. I requested a deck drawing from Mohammad. The first was paid for in full, however the drawing was rejected due to lack of experience -
He refused to revise the drawing and asked for more money. He took my hard earned money - $1300 and refused to revise his errors unless I paid him more money.
