If you enjoy being taken advantage of this is the builder for you. Over quoting and then pocketing the extra cash for themselves over and over again. Poor moral compass and disingenuous. Claiming they would build us a custom home but doing really whatever they liked along the way. I am beyond disappointed and upset about our build. I would NEVER recommend this builder to anyone.
