DO NOT USE EXPRESS REPAIR!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! NO EXPLANATION!! LEFT ME WITH A BILL AND A BROKEN APPLIANCE!!!
I had a horrendous experience with express repair. What started off good quickly turned bad and I am left with a fridge that doesn't work and a nearly $300 bill without warranty.
The service man, although nice, charged me 3x for a part that I later realized I could have gotten on amazon. Did not tell me that there would be no warranty for a part, "fixed" my fridge that started smoking an hour after he left and then came back to tell me that there is nothing that he could do.
When I called for a refund the woman I dealt with said she could only give me partial in "good faith" and that a no warranty or refund was there policy and on my statement. HOWEVER this was not explained to me until after I paid... yeah really convenient. As a customer service based business I am shocked that I can't get a full refund.
DO NOT USE THEM. They did not explain anything properly, and charged me at least 3x what they should have.

Left me with a broken fridge, a $300 dollar bill, and now I have to spend even more money to get a new fridge. DONT EVER USE THIS SERVICE
