Superior Vacuums

On April 8, 2022. I purchased a Dibea F20 Max Stick Vacuum from Blaine. No mention from the salesman what their return policy is. I attempted to do some research on the internet on this vacuum before I bought it but couldn’t find much. I took it home and began charging the battery and then attempted some more research, found some reviews that stated that this is a budget vacuum and sells for the equivalent of 220.00 CAD in Asia (I paid $630). After that, I felt that I paid way to much for this unit and took it back to the store without using it.
I looked at the receipt and it said that refunds are not accepted if the machine is taken out of the box.
He would not take it back because I told him that I charged the battery (took it out of the box).
He kept bad mouthing Dyson and saying that you can’t believe reviews on the Dibea vacuum.
I took it home and used it, at that point I noticed that it is very cheaply built, has a high pitched whine, and noticed dust marks around the some of the vacuum panels where the filter is. I will use this vacuum in our basement while wearing ear muffs. The day after we went out and bought a Dyson for just a bit more than what we paid for the Dibea. No comparison… the Dyson is far superior to to the Dibea. Buyer beware!
