We contacted Burke Construction when we noticed that we were having plumbing issues in our newly-bought house and we also wanted an opinion and advice on other work that we were planning to do on our house. Paul promptly came to our house to review some of the issues that we were having. He clearly explained all of the unexpected defects that we were dealing with and also explained the proper way of doing things. He then asked us what our long term goal was for this house and based on this, he developed a work plan, prioritizing what should get done in the short term to meet these long term goals. This was extremely helpful for us. Our short term goal was to have all of the fundamentals in working order with the long term plan to renovate our entire house.

They demo'd the basement (including chipping out the concrete slab), replaced the plumbing (including adding a backflow preventer valve), installed a sump pump, and also did various work on the electrical and HVAC system.

Burke construction did an amazing job in our bathrooms and master bedroom. The quality of the work is exceptional and they worked in a timely and professional manner. We would definitely refer them to others.

First project was a full redesign and renovation of a master bathroom and closet including reconfigured interior walls to maximize space and improve the layout. Later project was a large main floor renovation including a kitchen and family room. Burke Construction was project lead and coordinated all of the skilled trades. Paul has since competed a full interior renovation of our current home with significant structural and engineering work, demolition, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC improvements.

Paul and his team are the best, and we only trust our home repairs and improvements to him and his team. Attention to detail is second to none, and he is easy to work with whether it is a matter of build process or design.

Complete main floor renovation including asbestos removal, kitchen remodel, living room and main floor windows and doors. Paul and his team took 8 weeks to complete the project which was completed on schedule and on budget. Very happy with the outcome which transformed our cramped kitchen, dining room and hallway into modern, open plan space. Paul had some great input on the design and layout, flooring and finish options etc. so the only design input we had was for the custom kitchen. Couldn't recommend highly enough-straightforward, reliable and very high quality service!
