I was dismayed to discover that this company is linked to two other disreputable companies which I cannot name here due to Homestars review guidelines. We are a group of disgruntled customers who are trying to get compensated financially for thousands of dollars of overcharges. LG fridge was not cooling. Error message "er dh" Called in desperation as LG authorized service was a week later. Tech was in for 5 minutes said he could fix with a reset button but really mother board was at fault. Fix lasted a day. $140. Said OK to the Mother board $800 and had that installed. Lasted a day. Called them back. Sr Tech says cooling thermostat is really at fault not mother board $130. Came back a week later with that part. Fridge now works....$1100 later. Trying to get some money back on motherboard install. They offered us $25 to sign a release...NO WAY. This company has an F rating with the BBB. There is a class action suit underway.

Im not even going to describe what happened to me today. Basically I was robbed! Please tell everyone you know never to use this company. I am embarrassed and ashamed that I didn’t check reviews beforehand. I learned my lesson the hard way.

They were good at getting a repair person to my house. Sam the repair person appeared to be checking the machine and said it would be to fix the control panel but I must etransfer $320 but only before he starts. So I reluctantly did. He presented a professional hand filled
invoice to be signed by my house keeper. Once signed, he went to his car and left without doing anything! Just left!? This is my public service announcement to help others. Both the two different women answering the phones and the repair person will then not return your calls. You can then not get them back on the phone. I got smoked for $320. I never read the reviews. My own stupidity. I hope this helps. STAY AWAY.

DO NOT USE THIS company!!! I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
The first time I used this company in 2016 they were good. MY MISTAKE of trying to use them again and not doing my research! The repair tech. came quoted and "fixed" my washing machine. 3 days later it's still not working. I tried to call the company back 3 times and they keep saying someone will call me back. I've heard nothing!! Until I called them back a 4th time, finally I got the customer service manager, SO rude. She told me that I need more repairs worth $700, meanwhile the tech. never told me that on site. I told her to scan the document she's reading from to show a tech. put that in writing, she said her company can't do that. Yet you can scan an invoice and send it too me.
They are on the expensive side and their customer service SUCKS!! If something needs to be fixed, great I get it, I understand, you can quote me, and I can approve or not approve. BUT to rip people off in this world to me I take note and stand to warn people to not waste time and their hard-earned money on a cruel mean company that takes from people. REPEAT STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Horrible experience. Do NOT use this company. Charged $360 and required payment in full (debit only) before he even opened the dishwasher. Then said parts would be $400 more! Unprofessional and agressive and refused to give me his name. Customer service was not helpful. please do not fall for this.

Called about a dryer door that would not stay closed during drying cycle. $80 up front which I thought was fair. Tony showed up. Was told that it would cost an additional $280 to repair or $700 to replace door. Opted to go with repair. Not only did the door not stay closed after the repair but the repairman had damaged the door. Cracked the glass/plastic in three places. After multiple phone calls and emails, I was told that they would reimburse just $40!!! My mistake was not to check reviews in advance of calling. These people have a terrible track record and judging from reviews are polling the same con regularly.

Never use this company. Stay away. Like some of the other reviewers, I paid $280 plus tax for a 45 min service call, and my washing machine still doesn't work. Someone should do an investigative piece on this company. Clearly, the company tells people who call in for service that the cost is $80 for a technician to make a house call, and if parts and more labour is required, then the $80 is rolled into the new fee. The guy who came ran some diagnostics, and ran the bill up to $280. Then he said we needed parts that would have pushed the repair bill way over $500. At that point we said, no thanks, and sent him away. I am so sorry to have made the mistake to use this company. I, too, am going to call the Better Business bureau and file a complaint.

This company is an absoluate joke and the texhnicians they have working for them have ZERO qualifications. I am a Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic, my father had this company come out to diagnose their refrigerator failure, I happened to be working out of town at the time. The “technician” was there for barely an hour, charged $300 for, what I could tell was nothing judging by the vaguely written work order, and the problem still was not fixed. The problem was with the defrost time clock and a control associated with it, I diagnosed it when I returned from my work trip. The technician didn’t even bother checking defrost operation even after seeing the evaporator had been iced up excessively. Moral of this story is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

It's unfortunate that I didn't read these reviews and the ones on google before I called the company. I actually think these people have no skills in repair whatsoever, they just take your money, pretend to do something, and leave.

They came and 'installed' 2 switches on my microwave, for this I was charged $340. I asked how much a new microwave would be, to which he responded $800-1200. This is my mistake, I should have looked on google first as a brand new replacement unit costs $340.

After calling and complaining, they sent someone back 10 days later, who told me it would be another $370 to 'repair' the unit. Obviously, I'm not totally insane to fall for it a second time but now I'm out $340 and I have to pay another $340 for a new microwave. I'm so frustrated and I wish there was more I could do, they really need to be shut down. Please do not hire them.
