Contacted Lucas prior to closing on my new home with a future job of ripping out the existing staircase and replacing it. Asked Lucas if he could accompany me on one of my planned visits to take a look, and without question he was there promptly on time and was able to get me a quote that same day.
On the day of the job, it was discovered that he be of the support beams had a split right down the middle. Lucas was able to act fast and get the material needed to make the repair and give me an incredibly reasonable price. Within a couple hours the new staircase was constructed, and the new support beam was installed.
