All stages of the inspection, quotation and installation process for our gutter protection were quick, professional and flawless

We are very happy with each step in the process and especially with our installer, Colton, who went above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Bring on the fall Wet Coast !

All guards have heaved. Screens come loose and fallen off after a year of being installed. Service rep showed up. Replaced 4 of the 100 guards that were bad. Informed me he was only authorized to do that amount of work and i would have to call the office again.

Now they wont show up or respond to any calls or emails. I've Called and been emailing for 4 months.
Corporate call center staff are good to speak with. Local reps will not show up or respond to any calls or emails..

Life time warranty actually means zero warranty coverage after they are installed.

Total Garbage

During a real downpour, I noticed that a specific section of my newly installed gutter & LeafFilter system was leaking sheets of water while the rest of it seemed OK. I was concerned that there was a problem with that specific section. The installation had been less than two weeks prior. I reported it and got a 'brush off' that stunned me. I was told to continue to monitor, etc.

Leaf Filter were very easy to deal with. The contact person came as scheduled. We took a day to make up our mind about whether to do it, and when. When we firmed that up, the installers were there a couple of days later. The project took a whole (very hot) day. They were very careful not to disturb our garden and flower beds, and they cleaned up the site thoroughly. It has rained a few times since, and everything appears to be working well.

Filter only works in light rain, any heavier rain and water over ran filter and poured over gutter. Filter in rear gutter plugged up with debris and any rain over flowed gutter. Heard on tv advertising that system was life time guarantee to work. When I called to have a service person come and fix problem was told it would cost me nearly $100.00 charge. I will remove filters and have handyman come yearly to clean gutters. I could have hired handyman for many years for what it cost me for choppy system. DO NOT install this system not worth the money.

I want to bring to your attention the disgraceful service I have received from LeafFilter. This company seems to prey on people they believe to be elderly and incompetent. I have never received such horrible service.
The customer service or lack thereof provided through the process is appalling. As a business owner myself, I pride myself in my customer service abilities and would never speak to a customer or allow one of my employees to speak to a customer, in the way I have been spoken to.
I feel as if LeafFilter was trying to take advantage of me, maybe believing me to be senile. I was grossly overcharged for a less than stellar service. There are more problems now that I have received a fix than there were before I ever called LeafFilter.
They has been completely unpleasant to deal with and rude. I have received no support or solution to the situation and am frankly sick and tired of the run around.
When I pay for a service, I expect to receive the quality I pay for. Given what I spent for their service, there should not be even the most minute of problems.

I would expect someone to reach out to me to solve these issues and arrange for a partial or full refund of the subpar service and product I paid for.

Marco arrived this morning (Sunday, July 7), from LeafFilter North, to re-install the LeafFilter system( I recently had a new roof installed). He arrived just after 10am and continued to work until about 4pm. He worked relentlessly and professionally in the 28C hot sun. He represents the backbone of this company. Job well done!

This is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I've been a home owner for over 40 years and I know how to do most of my own work. They didn't realign a gutter that slopes the wrong way. They have come out another 4 times to re-caulk, not knowing how to do it and never removing the first layer. They even caulked the outside, downward part which will split off when it freezes in winter. They deceive me every time I call.
Only use these people for cleaning gutters. Too bad as the guard is actually good for keeping hemlock needles out.

I had leaf filter installed approximately 3 years ago. Company had to return in a year or so as during heavy rains water poured over in several areas. Deflectors were installed which seemed to correct this problem. I was not charged for this service call and I wouldnt have expected to be charged given the lifetime warranty offered by leaf filter. During a heavy rain a few weeks ago I noticed water again pouring from one area (where a deflector had been installed). I was informed that I would be paying a $95 service fee for them to come and look at it and adjust the deflector if necessary. Im very disappointed with the supposed lifetime warranty!!!
