I had spent a few months rebuilding my work bench and storage in the garage. The cupboards, bench and storage shelves looked great, but the floor was a complete eyesore. Cracks, spills, and stains from 30+ years of use made the whole project look dismal. Garage Living came to the rescue with their Polyaspartic Floor coating. In a single day, they ground out all the staining, filled all the cracks and chips and applied a beautiful speckled coating, matching my garage colour scheme. The crew was very friendly and courteous. My garage is now the envy of all my friends.

We bought a house recently and felt that it would be best that we redo the garage before we pile it up with stuff. Talk to a few companies but Garage Living stood out especially when the owner, Lance, actually showed up for the free consultation. Their showroom was a good reflection of the final product that you would expect.

We moved into a new townhome with a double garage, and wanted our floors and baseboards covered with Polyaspartic coating, which looks gorgeous and extremely durable. We wanted a storage solution, too, and had slatwall panels, cabinetry with a premium butcher block, as well as accessories for the wall panel. The whole experience was great, handled with a polite and professional team, and stress free for my husband and me. I highly recommend garage living, and have recommended them to my family and friends!

I contracted garage living to do my floor. Although the company and staff were very professional and the workers worked very hard and efficiently- I was disappointed in the final results of the garage floor. Initially Tyler came to check the floor and measure the area as well as check the hardness of the concrete. He did say it was soft but would not be a problem. When the workers showed up they indicated that because the concrete was soft that it would be very easy to work with and they should be done a lot quicker in the day. The process went well and the next day when I was able to walk in it I noticed the cracks they had grounded down and filled - these were a lot more noticeable now and so I phoned Tyler to let him know. The first thing he said was the concrete was soft and that is why it happened. The thing is they knew the concrete was soft in the beginning and they should of compensated for this when they were doing the floor. The same day one of the crew phoned me and said they were going to call the head office in Ontario and get back to me to find out how to correct this- it has been 4 weeks now and I still have not heard from anyone - but did receive a message to provide a review- so this is where we are at.

Just an update to my earlier review. The owner of Garage Living (Lance) and his daughter (Alex) came by the site and looked at the area of concern. They were very understanding and gave me a couple of options to correct the situation which was very much appreciated. To this date I have still not decided in what option to take, as we are still in construction mode at the site, but I am glad the Owner took time out of his busy day to stop by and offer a solution. That is what you call "Top Notch Service!!

After much research if I should try to apply the coatings on my new garage floors myself, I decided to find someone to do. Came across a Garage Living pamphlet that I picked up a while ago. Sales Rep Glen Jones dropped by to measure, showed me samples and gave me a quote. It was put on hold while I looked for contractor to complete the driveways. Glen was most helpful to ask if I need help in finding contractors. Finally the floor was done on a cold rainy Halloween day! Dylan & Jake (I hope I got their names right) arrived on time and completed the work in about 5 hours! I watched the work process periodically and they were very efficient and professional. They did an amazing job! Received lots of compliments. Thank You Garage Living!

I have a three car garage and I wanted to apply a coating onto the floor. It was February and the outside temperatures were low. I was concerned because I had heard that it was not recommended to apply epoxy floor coatings in cold weather. The people at Garage Living explained to me that their coating was different and that it could be applied even in sub-zero temperatures (colder than we experience in Vancouver). The installation went smoothly and was finished in one day. This included the surface prep. My floor was 10 years old, bare concrete with a few small cracks but nothing major. When it was all done I was very pleased with the finish and I can't tell where the cracks were. I went with the darkest colour and it came out lighter than I expected, so I am glad I went with the colour I selected. Overall, I am very happy with the end result.

We don't have enough room in our garage and were hoping to add 2 lifts. Garage Living came to take measurement and confirm the 2 lifts could fit side by side & that we had the right ceiling height.
The installation crew showed up with the products as arranged and assembled the lifts. We were given a full demo on how the lifts operated and practiced with a couple of cars (mechanism is pretty simple and safe).
The only thing we ordered extra were additional drip trays to cover the entire length of the car (each lift came with 3 or 4 trays - enough coverage for only half the full length which is fine for modern cars but not as good for classic cars).

We are so pleased with our garage make-over that we intend to have Garage Living transform our basement storage area as well! The Garage Living sales team helped us arrive at an organized attractive design which was installed on schedule and with much attention to detail.
