Terrible Customer Service - Not Honouring Any Promotions
This is my first negative review I have had to write unfortunately so here it goes.. Not only did I hire and use Metropolitan movers twice, but I received a promotion in July to celebrate Canada 150 that I would receive $75 off my next move. Fast forward to my next move and not only did they not honour it, they said "you can go somewhere else if you would like". It's completely disrespectful and bad form. If they want to keep your customers happy, especially during this time of COVID 19, they should at least honour promotions or want to keep existing customers. It's very unfortunate.
