The first time we met Alex was after responding to a fax flyer left in our mailbox. Coincidentally we had started to look for new windows for the house. Having two quotes close we decided to try Alex for a third. Well he was courteous, knowledgeable and product sample was great. We ended up with a good deal superior to equivalent other bids. His delivery was on-time and his installation flawless. Oh yes, my wife raved about the cleanliness state of the house every day.
