The roof that was installed and what we picked is awesome. The workmanship is another story. We have 4 Skylights which we paid for special flashing to replace, it is on our bill. This was not done, there was an excuse they did not have the appropriate pieces, with no intention to fix.
Now we are trying to do our eaves and the install of them is a nightmare because of the way they put on the roof??? I would say to anyone purchasing buyer beware and watch what is done . The salesman tells you one thing and the actual workmanship is another story. Know what you paid for and ask lots of questions. Get what they have sold you or you will end up disappointed.

Interlock metal Roofing work crews did an excellent job replacing our worn-out cedar shakes with a new metal roof that will last a lifetime and is the envy of our neighbourhood.
The Interlock roofing crew were excellent and completed the entire re-roof project in 1 day! The working crew were professional, organized, courteous and communicated with us very effectively. My wife and I are very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship displayed. The crew did an absolutely impeccable job in keeping our site clean and safe throughout the installation process.
They asked necessary questions along the way, informed us of pros and cons of some decisions and options and explained all of the steps involved in the roofing process.
Overall, I was very impressed with their great WORK ETHIC and very good work habits.

The last roof done on this house was a terrible job. Interlock came for an interview with their product samples soon after phoning and we made out choice. the materials were delivered quickly and the crew was able to come and install sooner than I had thought. The job was managed very professionally and the installation crew was very professional and courteous. The end result was a beautifully done roof, looks great.

I was thrilled when I chose Interlock to install the roof over my house this year (2015). Interlock salesman was very professional at introducing his company's product and assisting me with my roof plan. I was promised to have my roof in the beginning of September after putting my deposit down in July.
They dumped the roofing materials onto my front yard at the end of August. However no one came to install the roof for my house. And I have to make calls to the company in October and requested them to fulfill my contract. After several delays, Interlock finally got my roof installed, but not completed in the middle of October. The installer forgot to put on vent on to my roof and to fasten my downspouts to my wall as part of the agreement.
Later on Interlock fastened the downspouts to my roof but caused the downspouts leaking. Interlock installer also came again and cut my roof to get the vent installed. I wrote to them to repair the leaking downspouts. But the Interlock guy told me he was not responsible for the leaking. Consequently I became worried about the possible problem with their work. I wrote to them to warrant their work and gave me their plan to get the downspouts’ leaking fixed before I can make the payments. The ice formed on the pave way from the leaking spouts now poses serious threats to the safety of my family.
However Without giving me a solution, Interlock put a lien over my house. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my purchase experiences. I will seek legal means to get this resolved.

When you make a costly investment you always have doubts but this is the best investment and home improvement my husband and I have made. Prompt, professional and courteous staff that would tidy up during their work and would highly recommend Interlock Roofing as it's a life time guarantee.

In 2007, we had our roof installed by Interlock. We have had a couple of hail storms since, where Interlock has always called and come out to look at the roof to check for damage. In 2015, we had a serious hail storm where we needed to replace the roof. The service we received was exceptional, including the original install, the quote for the insurance claim and the install of the replacement roof. I would highly recommend this company for any of your long-term roofing needs!! We have a beautiful lifetime roof!! Thank you!

Sales associates were great.
Installation crew arrived on time. They were hard workers. When I had questions, they explained things very well. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience.
I never have to roof again or worry about damage from moss, as the product has a 50-year limited lifetime warranty.

The new roof looks like the pictures shown on the website. It is much nicer than an asphalt roof. The installers knew what they were doing and left the worksite spotless when they were finished.

We wanted a low maintenance roof, and talked to Randal at a trade show. He followed up with us and came to our house for an estimate and an extremely thorough description of the product. He was up front about the high cost relative to conventional shingles, but really showed us the value long term. Shauna followed up with us to arrange delivery and installation. Darryl was the contractor who did the installation. We had a few things we had to do before the roof could be installed (new furnace/water heater) and he was very patient as this took us longer than expected. As soon as we were ready, he and his crew got started and finished the job within a week. We hardly noticed they were there, no disruption at all. Without us asking, they were careful to close the gates on the fence, which is important because we have dogs. The roof looks really nice and sleek in charcoal gray slate. We're really looking forward to the long term benefits, like lower energy bills and never reroofing again!
