Was charged over 150 for a leak test recommended by the owner to determine where the leak was. Test was useless. 2 weeks later before the invoice was even due the owner threatened to put a lien on my house because he hadn’t yet received payment. I paid. Would not use again.

At the time of the original service call I didn't have the leak detection tool on my truck it was with another technician doing service calls. I was able to get your cooling up and running again at the time of the first call and suggested that we schedule a follow up call to confirm whether there was a leak in the system. You agreed and we scheduled another appointment. You emailed me to say that the AC wasn't cooling again before the scheduled follow up call. You were charged 150$ plus hst for a leak test that we normally charge 250$ plus hst to perform. I also sent a technician last minute on a Saturday to help you out. The technician performed the leak test that confirmed there was no leak at the evaporator coil and checked the refrigerant levels which were good. They hadn't moved since the first visit, it was working well. I sent multiple follow up emails about sending payment and I didn't receive payment or a response back. Invoices are due upon receiving them, not 30 days later.
