Bujar came by today and everything went really smoothly - he communicates well when it comes to pricing, service, expected arrival time, requirements to complete the job etc.
I live in an older house with an older furnace and the ducts had never been cleaned before. Not a problem, Bujar explained the process, made us aware of the risks given the older furnace and took care of everything.
