Ron is a very easy to deal with and friendly guy. sure he loves to to talk, but he is very knowledgable and willing to explain and share that knowledge too at no extra charge. I had my hot water tank go down on me on a weekend (of coarse) where an average service call would have been a heavy rate. I wondered if Ron could help, thinking he only did furnaces and AC units. Thankfully Ron jump up to bat to help me out. He only charged me for the service call at a very reasonable rate, then looked after returning the defective part under the manufacture's warranty.
