I have called The Sprinkler Company on a few occasions & must say they are professional, courteous, kind & prompt. Unfortunately, they were not the company I dealt with to have my original sprinkler system installed. If I had known about them 5 years ago, I most definitely would have appreciated in knowing they were, are & have been a reliable company. The service person (Daniel) was knowledgeable, personable, understanding of my needs, polite & professional. These are very important values today & I appreciated that he took the time to fully explain what was going on with my 4-5 year old sprinkler system. I did have to have the main controller replaced but was unaware that there was only a 3-year warranty on this as it was never explained to me by the original installer. I would highly recommend The Sprinkler Company.
