Zeeshan is an amazing contractor (and owner of the company) that was super helpful and patient in explaining aspects of renovations to me. He was always reachable for questions and very professional. Would have been 10/10 but I had some issues with the level of work the contractors completed - however when I shared my concerns with Zeeshan, he made sure that it was fixed.

In February 2024, we had the pleasure of working with Zeeshan on a kitchen renovation (which extended to paintings and lightings of the dining and living rooms), and we can say it was a great experience from start to finish. Zeeshan proved himself to be a professional contractor with a compatible and fair price and by completing the project earlier than what he had promised. The latter was especially important for us as we were expecting our mom to visit and stay with us for a while, and we wanted to be prepared to host her.

Throughout the renovation process, he exhibited great expertise and organization, managing multiple teams, including demolition groups, custom cabinet makers, electricians, plumbers, painters, and gas technicians. His management ensured that all aspects of the project progressed smoothly and on time.

One of the aspects we appreciated most about working with Zeeshan was his consultative approach. He involved us in every decision, from material selection to design choices, allowing us the freedom to personalize our space while ensuring we received the best value for our investment. His transparency were evident throughout the project, and he went above and beyond to accommodate any additional requests or concerns we had.

In addition to the kitchen renovation, Zeeshan also suggested adding pot lights to our dining and living rooms, a suggestion that enhanced the overall ambiance of our home significantly.

Also, we would like to add a piece of advice based on our life experiences: perfection is almost impossible, especially in projects like these, involving multiple teams in a limited time. There's always a chance that things might not go exactly as planned. What really matters is how your contractor handles any ups and downs that arise. We appreciated Zeeshan's honesty and willingness to make things up to us.

I had to renovate my bathroom and paint the entire condo unit within a short notice and Zeeshan came to inspect the work requirement and provided me a quote. His punctuality , friendly attitude and quick turnaround on all inquiries made my renovation work go well. Sewage pump was clogged and not functioning leading to a lot of smell leaking in the basement. They fixed the clog and reinstalled the pump that fixed the issue.
Toilet flush was not working. They fixed that as well.
Initially we thought the smell was coming from refrigerator. They first helped us move the old refrigerator and get us a new one. However, later as the smell persisted, we realized the sewage pump was the real issue not the refrigerator.
All these items were addressed promptly and response time was within hours.
Really satisfied with their service and would highly recommend to anyone.
