Mitchell spent 4 hours going through the condo we had put an offer on. He took many pictures and once his inspection was done, he walked me through everything and sent a report and a list of things to take care of. Thanks to him an issue with the windows was discovered and the sellers rectified it for us. Very happy with the service from Waldon Works.
