Mitch was prompt and friendly from the start of the inspection. He explained things well and helped me to understand the repairs that would be required after purchase of the home. I paid extra for the video inspection of the sewer line from the house to the city connection. It was well worth it and can save you thousands in potential sewer line repairs.
The report on the inspection was full of photos and detailed analysis. Mitch also offered advice in the future for any repairs I might need help with.

The report exceeded all expectations: it arrived in less than 24 hours, it was perfectly organized and easy to read, it included loads of pictures (of problem areas, as well as serial/model numbers of appliances for my future reference), it included helpful tips and referrals for maintenance/improvement options.
