No return and no after sale customer service

I bought a fridge, a Lg washer and dryer on May 7. The store said that within one month, if any problem, the store would solve it. on May 9, we got the delivery. All items were without original packaging, just like open-box. Washer and dryer were installed by the store service i ordered. The LG washer was defective when we used it first time on May 18. It caused excess vibration to machine itself, and the ceramic floor under and wall close it during spin. I immediately called the store. They promised someone will come to check the machine. No one came! In the coming weeks, i called them several times. They are very clear that there is no return because i have the warranty form Lg, repair of the machine is also not their problem because of valid warranty from Lg. The only thing i can do now is calling the LG to solve the problem. Don't buy from them.

All products are new in the box as policy states. The product would have been unpacked in the back of the truck at your residence and brought in without the packing to have a better handle on the product.(standard delivery practice)
The one year manufacturer is an industry standard that all major retailers abide by. The manufacturers want to make the service calls and themselves they made it and they fix it is the philosophy. I hope LG has serviced your product by this point. Lg is quite fast a dispatching technicians.
