Price was good but the service was absolutely horrible. After signing the contract, shipping delay was over 6 weeks. I tried calling Francois, the salesman with whom we bought our items but was always greeted with his voicemail. After half a dozen voicemails and several emails with no returns whatsoever, I gave up. I will never buy anything here again and would not recommend it to anyone. Every store will pricematch now anyways so go elsewhere!

I am very happy with the service of François Matte, he helped me every step of the way, from purchasing the appliances to the delivery of the items, fridge and gas stove...I would recommended this store to my friends....

The Store representative, Guy, was excellent. He is super patient and understood right away what I was looking for. He did not even give me a stare when I initially went against his recommendation. In all, went to the store three times. First to shop and ask questions. Second to buy but changed my mind once I saw very bad reviews on the washing machine I wanted to buy (Washer and dryer come together for apartment and washer does not clean properly). I then went back a third time and after measurements fit location, bought stacked machines that Guy recommended the first time. Thanks Guy.

We had a good idea beforehand what we were looking for. The sales man answered all our questions and we sat down to go over pricing. The prices were very competitive so we placed the order.
Now we are waiting delivery

We have now been waiting 5 whole weeks for our new washer which we paid big bucks for and still hasnt been delivered.Being a family of 4 , you can understand how that is very upsetting and not fun to manage. Worst costumer service EVER! When we bought they said max 2-3 weeks... WRONG! Do not recommand at all! Go buy elsewhere, i personnally will never set foot near that awful unreliable store ever again. Unnaceptable!

This is the 2nd time that we have dealt with Guy and both time he has been a pleasure to deal with. Timely information and very good prices. Highly recommended.

Was looking for a new Kitchenaid hood, Dishwasher and wine fridge for a fair price.
Gilles was the sales rep he was great, answer all my question and grantee me to give the best competitive price.
He was true to his words i got a great price and great service. Delivery was on schedule, it was handled with care i'm really content with everything .. Highly recommended.
