Friesens Edmonton

I purchased a water heater from Home Depot and Friesens staff installed it on Oct 31/13. I wanted to e-mail Friesens personally to let you know what I thought about the young men that installed our new water heater. The chap called prior to delivery (which I really appreciated). One of the gents name was Kendall because his name is on the water heater. He also introduced himself, the other chap also introduced him but I have forgotten his name.

I would like you to share this with the boys and who ever you think is appropriate. They were friendly, courteous and professional. They informed me on each aspect of the instal (open the valves, close the valves etc) I was very pleasantly pleased. Now a days you don't see this kind of Customer service. BRAVO.

If all your staff treat their clients with this kind of satisfaction, the Supervisor or Team lead or the young men themselves deserve a well deserved pat on the back.
In closing, the work was done far sooner than what I had expected. When we purchase our new furnace, I will personally request you Company.

My furnace dies and I got three quotes. Friesen's wasn't the cheapest but they had a great warranty. Unit was installed in a day and has been working great. Highly recommended.

The company was used through Home Depot installation services.They showed up exactly on the day our service call was booked.I purchased a new hot water heater at Home Depot,and the installation price quote was reasonable.
