The service was adequate. My biggest frustration has been obtaining information and an invoice indicating what servicing was done and specific information as to what part was replaced. I was charged 2 hrs labor when it took half an hour to do the work. The lady who booked our service call, indicated the $75 service call would not be charged if repairs were required. I was charged $292.95 with out a proper invoice itemizing what I was being charged for.
I made numerous phone calls and a couple emails but to no avail.
I asked the tech about warranty for the work. He indicated verbally... 3 months for parts and 1 year for labor. With out a proper invoice I have no evidence as to what part was replaced and no proof of warranty. Providing a proper invoice should not be a big deal. It only makes me very suspicious. I should have asked to see the replaced part.
