Technician showed up at my elderly mother’s home uninvited. She thought she had to let him in because she received a phone call he was coming. She was terrified and in tears after he left. This is bad business practice to get business. We are in a pandemic and you took advantage of this elderly and recently widowed lady. Shame on you.
