Hard working, ready to listen and flexible, timelines were delayed from original but quality good

Management of this company does not understand the concept of quality and customer service. They lure customers with an attractive price, but the quality of the product, workmanship and service is sub-standard. Importantly, they do not communicate and make promises they do not keep e.g. "we will come tomorrow to finish the job" and they do not show up- this happened 4 times! Our job was supposed to be completed the first week of December 2021 (with one month's advance notice) - in frustration we stopped using them after 8 weeks and we have to use another company to complete the job. Do NOT deal with this company, you will be sorry!

I contracted a small wall unit with a simple design. I ended with a unit with the the wrong dimensions, not as agreed, and with the board poorly cut and finished. It looks very poorly.
My fault was to pay them after the installation was done without checking in detail during and after the job was done because the 3 installers were not wearing masks. I stayed in another room and I wanted them to leave as soon as possible. Big mistake I made.
So bad is the work, that I have contacted another company to dismantle the unit and replace it with another one

The service provided was very helpful. They helped with providing great advice on how we should layout our kitchen. We wanted to build a kitchen in the basement, and they were involved at every step, making sure we were always happy, and giving us the best design.

purchased a kitchen through this company and the service I received was excellent. I compared pricing with two other kitchen companies and I found the best deal with Brampton Kitchen. They took care of everything and came back for a final inspection once the project was completed. I highly recommend this company for those who look for quality of service

I got quotes from few other places but these guys give me a reasonable price. My kitchen was started in middle of May and was completed in early June. There were a few hick ups but ends well.

These guys are awesome. I had a bit of trouble initially when promised a date for installation but slipped date once but later did not hesitate to have multiple visits to make up for it.

We hired them for family room cabinets around the fireplace. It was a really good experience working with them. Their service was really good, neat job and good price too.
