Communication is excellent. I get a reminder email before each clean and response to emails is always very fast. In fact, when I was searching for a new cleaning service Petra responded to my initial inquiry within a few hours. Talk about making a great first impression.
Attention to detail is fabulous! We have a unique floor in the kitchen (cork) and before cleaning it on the initial clean, the staff called to ask what product would be safe to use on it.
I come home to a wonderfully clean home and I couldn't be happier with Petra and her team.
