I am deeply disappointed with this cleaning service. I had contracted this service to have a deep cleaning of my home and initially contracted for 8 hrs. For the first 3.5 hrs, she hardly did any visible work and when asked to scrub the tiles, she left my house in a mess and barely did any noticeable work. She was very slow, had poor work ethics, and the quality of her work very poor. I had dedicated this day for a deep house cleaning and my house ended up being more dirtier and I end up working with her for continuously for six hours and two hours (8 hrs) after she left to clean what she left in a mess. She kept on repeating that she can come back for more hours, but failed to do what she should have done today.

Hi Poonam! We're very sorry that your cleaner was unable to meet your expectations. We also know that Bianca was disappointed too as she wanted to be able to please you.
Unfortunately, given the size and condition of your home, the scope of work far exceeded what any one individual cleaner could do in a day. Moreover, after several hours of using bleach to try to remove the mould in your tiles and grout Bianca felt too nauseous to continue and needed to stop.
