Simple 7 Home Solutions

My 3 year old can probably install doors better than he-who-shall-not-be-named. He will delay his projects until you give up and move on and it seems that he has gotten away with it in the past with others. He takes advantage of people with his fake promises. He was hired to finish a basement over 6 months ago and it is still not done. I had paid him in full because I have trust in people but his word means nothing. Not sure how anyone would hire him yet he is working for a window company in London. Stay away from this person or any company that he moves to because he gets sued too many times

Without going into extensive detail, timelines and documentation on how terrible this company was to deal with. I am not surprised their BBB membership was revoked, we ordered in Jan 2018, it took till Oct 2018 to receive the doors, they weren't brand new and definitely not what we ordered- but they had already taken out our front door back in July and didn't have the correct door for so they put some random slab on and screwed it shut!! It was like that for over a month. This is one of many incidents, the excuses from him were endless!!
The job was not correctly, done to my satisfaction and my front door still have drafts and leaks because he pieced together some sort of idea of what I wanted installed. The total of the job was $11,000, we gave him 50% down payment and he asked for another 25% after being there for the first day, then it took 6 weeks to get him back again.
It has taken me this long to review or leave a complaint because this experience was so terrible, so unbelievable and it still makes me sick to stomach in anger and frustration. He fully takes advantage of people’s good nature, doesn't follow through on promises and is an absolute artist at avoiding phone calls and making up the most extravagant excuses known to man!
At one point my basement windows were accidentally shipped up north! and oh.. my correct front door was taken by another contractor from the warehouse. Every time I look at my windows or doors, I remember the summer of Vitali and the hardship he caused myself, my husband, my marriage and the safety of my family! NEVER consider using this company or deal with this man.

DON'T use Simple 7....they are window installers..installed 2 crank out windows but put left window on right and right on left...plus capping too high and can't open one window..this was last july..still trying to get them fixed...I have never heard so many excuses in my life..10 months later still waiting...they have pulled 3 no shows in week. All Vitalie does is give excuses...installer should have caught mistake right away and owner Vitalie
should have too. They keep hiring new installers to fix previous installers mistakes. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else...They are getting some pretty bad reviews...I will have to hire someone else to reverse the windows and recap..Then I am taking him to small claims..The windows do not look astecially pleasing.

We gave the fifty % deposit to replace our front door. The contractor Vitali made false promises to replace the door. Come up with endless excuses and finally after 6 months I had to ask my deposit refunded, and he continues to make excuses. Finally had to take him to small claims court and he still hasn't refunded. Beleive me, I am not the only one chasing after him for refund. SAVE YOURSELF, STAY AWAY from this contractor.

There have lots of excuse as to why they can’t get there and the workman ship is poor . Simple Ontario code and they give you excuse on it till they are called out on it and quote in price

just wondering anyone get the windows replaced by them recently? how much it cost? any deposit required? how much is the deposit? are they are on time? are they good

Worst business. Save yourself the trouble and just order from Home Depot or dans discount window and doors. This company gives excuse after excuse to delay projects. I do not recommend and I hope those will keep away from these people.

We have some other company's to give us code and simple 7 home solutions was the lowest, so that's why we chose them and we are very happy

I had great service from Simple 7. Communication was great from them if they were running behind on an appointment or install. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The : simple 7 home solutions, did a job for us replacing front door, and window. They have done a job ,and not the best turnaround time , also price , so from our personal experience with this contractor, which is at best neutral, we would not recommend this business .
