Kitchen renovation was one last big project in our home. After considering several other options, we decided to go with Kami and his team at Reno Plus. And we are surely glad that we did as they did a great job for us. Kami was very meticulous. If there was anything amiss, he took care of it without us needing to mention to him. It is evident that he takes great pride in his work.. During the course of the renovation, he made several suggestions about choice of material and colors. Even when his crew is working by themselves, he always makes sure to visit in the morning, so his team knows what to do. He completed the work as originally planned and always maintained a clean workspace. We had the cabinets installed by the cabinet supplier. It can be stressful to get two contractors to work together but Kami accommodated this arrangement very well. Thank you Kami and Reno Plus.

This project was the removal of an outdated kitchen, installing new cabinets (Ikea), laminate flooring, tile backsplash, plumbing, electrical. The guys did great work, with good advice and implemented some workarounds on the Ikea cabinetry to make them more securely mounted. Quote and cost were competitive and the team was flexible enough to resolve a couple of other issues which came up during the job. Good coordination with countertop installers as well. Photo shows cabinets without all drawer fronts and blue wrap (out of the box).

I highly recommend Kami and his team at RenoPlus! Kami has done a meticulous job in renovating my small condo apartment. I hired him first to re-paint the apartment which was originally a very ugly and dark mix of yellow, red, and blue! Now, it is a beautiful light grey "Paper White" (Benjamin Moore colour). My old and outdated kitchen and bathroom have been renovated to beautiful modern and simple spaces. Throughout all the work, Kami was responsive and gave forth good ideas and suggestions. His crew was very polite and did extra touches like cleaning between days to reduce the dust, covering furniture, and making my renovation mess "liveable" during the weekends. Kami will be returning to renovate my second bathroom and hallway entrance tiles. Thank you Kami and RenoPlus for your beautiful work!

Our older son was getting married and we expected several family members coming to it to be staying with us. Ahead of this, my wife and I wanted to gut / renovate our basement 3pc bathroom, as it has been closed for the past 20-yrs. We presented it to Kami of Reno Plus Inc., whom we have used on 2 previous jobs and trusted implicity, and once again he came thru for us.

With these 3 jobs, all done beyond our expectations, Kami has proven his worth to us each and every time. His crew and he are always exhibiting professional standards, for taking their shoes off, draping tarps over the floors and stairs, vacuuming up and storing their gear after they finish each day, and making recommendations to our enhance what we envisioned.

Needless to say that the bathroom needed a serious upgrade!!
We, like many, did our Renos during the chaos of the pandemic where supplies were limited. Despite that, Reno+ was timely and communicative about a realistic time frame that was actually respected! Our shower doors were the only thing that were delayed by months due to store delivery delays but Reno+ was on the ball about installing it as soon as possible after delivery. Im impressed with the craftmenship, the professionalism and I really appreciated how they tidied up at the end of each day before leaving; making it so much less disruptive to have renovations happening in our house.

Kami, Chris and Bryan were a pleasure to work with during our bathroom remodel. We found Kamis price fair and he was even willing to add on a smaller backsplash job without hesitation. Their attention to detail and ensuring that we were always happy was a pleasant surprise and very much welcomed. They were open to discuss changes and best ways forward, which were always appreciated. We will definitely be using Reno Plus again for our future home projects.

Our experience with RenoPlus has been ultimately positive. We had Kami and team repair/upgrade our kitchen, hardwood on the main level, and repairs in our finished basement. These were not planned renovations and we began the process just as the pandemic began in 2020. Kami helped us to not only source and purchase materials and assisted with the design, he really helped to make a very stressful time/process easier for us. We are extremely grateful for his help and love our new space! There were a few items that needed repair a few months post-renovation, and they completed with no additional charge. Only negative from our perspective is that email communications can be very difficult. Best to reach out by phone if you want a quick response.
