Spoke to several companies and Shakeel stood out by far as the smartest and most empathetic. He was also the only person not to use scare tactics and actually talk me out of additional services I did not need which I obviously appreciated.
When he arrived to set up the bait stations for mice he was so patient in explaining everything and also went through the entire house inside and out trying to understand where the problem is coming from.
Not only was he a great help managing our pests, he was just a great all around guy and it was a pleasure to have him over to help us
