The kitchen faucet needed to be replaced. Mykel did a good job. He got right to work and made the repair, and he was very efficient. Great customer service, I'd recommend to anyone.

A month ago during a heavy snow melt my sump water alarm started screeching! I took a look in the pit and sure enough the water level was getting dangerously high. I was referred to, and thus called Flex Plumbing and Heating.

Flex would have came out that night if I wanted and even would have had the distributors open outside of hours for material. Thankfully they talked me through and was able to identify the problem and get the water down to normal levels that night!

I will certainly call them again with my plumbing and heating needs.
