We had a very short time to prepare our condo for sale. FGS was recommended to us by our realtor and we immediately hired their services. Ronal and his son showed up on the day of our appointment. Both gentlemen were very friendly and knowledgeable with what they need to do. Very thorough and clean with their work. For a minimal cost both of our bathrooms looked like it was brand new after the work. I would highly recommend these guys if you need your bathrooms refreshed.

The bathroom in our basement was built about 25 years ago by a "handyman". The ceramic tiles in the shower and on part of the bathroom walls were in need of significant restoration. The FGS team of Ronal and Andreas spent a very busy 2 days working on this job. At the end of that time, the shower and the bathroom's tile walls looked like they were a brand new, top quality installation! My wife and I were very, very impressed. Ronal and Andreas were scrupulous re: dust control and worked hard to get the job done. Their recommendations about certain aspects of the job were very helpful and afterwards we were given useful advice on the proper care/cleaning of the bathroom/shower tiles. Ronal and Andreas were very pleasant to deal with from start to finish and my wife and I feel that our money was very well spent on this project.

We met Ronal 3 wks ago when he and his wife regrouped and silicone our master shower. We had quotes from 2 other companies and found that FGS was more economical for us. They were pleasant and very professional. Told the process would be 2 days and they took meticulous care in making sure no dust or debris enter our bedroom. Ronal had found a hairline crack and corrected a unexplainable water ‘leak’ at bottom lip of shower door entranced. I purposely waited to add a review as I wanted to ‘live’ in my shower and can honestly say No Regrets! My shower is brand new again and we are loving it. They provided tips on maintenance and even told the advantages of epoxy grout and yes it does provide a water barrier. Thanks again FGS team

We were very apprehensive about this job, as it would involve a lot of dust and lifting of tiles that may break in the process. We had several contractors look at it and most did not want to touch it for fear of ending up with a terrible looking floor. They all wanted to replace all the tiles and start all over again at enormous cost. Ronal examined the job and assured us that he could do it with minimum disruption to our lives, with re[lacing just a few tiles and re-grouting and resetting the rest at a fraction of a cost of a new floor.
He cam on time on the designated day with his wife Patricia, and spend the first 4 hours just building a giant tent of clear plastic sheeting over all the work area to protect the rest of the house from any dust. He then spent the next 2 and a half days, grinding out all the grout, resetting all tiles and replacing a few with spares that we had. His expertise precision and knowledge of methods and materials are reminiscent of the old world master craftsmen of old. He takes great pride in his work and made the floor look much better than it even looked when new. While he was finishing and cleaning the floors, Patricia dusted the entire main floor and removed every last bit of plastic sheeting. At the end the place was spotless. The best part they did it all with great care for our house and belongings, great smiles and at a very fair and reasonable price. We honestly could not have asked for a better job. They are the best at what they do.

I’m a contractor and had Ronal and his crew re-grout a shower. He is extremely knowledgeable and well-rounded in his knowledge of all things tile, grout, waterproofing and all the various methods and products. He did a fantastic job! He was straight, fair and honest. I’m glad I met him. I’m using his services again.

Our floors were in desperate need of being re-grouted. Ronal came in and explained what needed to be done and gave us a reasonable quote. He and his son then came in on August 1st and 2nd and removed and replaced the grout. They did an amazing job. I cannot praise them enough for the fantastic job they did. Regrouting, cleaning and tile replacement. Ronal is the consummate professional. He is efficient and accommodating, as well as being a nice guy. the results were better than expected. I would not hesitate to use his service again and highy recommend him.

Thank you to Ronal and his son for the fair priced, friendly and efficient service that was provided. The previous owner of our home sealed our main floor tiles with a low quality wax finish and as a result, our floors were soaking up anything that was spilled on them. They looked horrible and we couldn’t get out the stains no matter what chemicals I used or equipment we rented. These guys came in and put in a full days work to remove every inch of that wax and make them look completely new! We had considered replacing them altogether, but Ronal’s service was a fraction of that cost and now we get to keep the tiles that we love. I highly recommend using his services!
