Shine Squad

I've used Shine Squad in the past with great results so when I needed my gutters cleaned I reached back out to them. Anna was great at setting up the appointment and follow up. Andrew came out to do the work with stellar results as always. I would not hesitate to recommend Shine Squad to my family and friends and will be using them again soon to have my windows cleaned. Andrew and colleague showed up in good time and did an excellent job. Despite the cleaning requirements being more complicated than initially thought (shingle materials from our decaying roof were adding to the debris), they honored the quote and were very efficient. I'd definitely recommend them.

What an amazing company! I called to schedule all my outdoor windows to be washed and I got an immediate response from Anna. We scheduled the day and we were set. Little did I know that my next door neighbors were going to have on on-going landscape project going on with tractors, back hoes, jack hammer and dirt everywhere. The day before I called Anna and asked if we could re-schedule and she said no problem. She quickly gave another date and assured me that if the neighbors work wasn't done in time we could again re-schedule. So pleased with her and with Andrew who came and did an amazing job! We weren’t planning to take a vacation this year so we opted for a house wash instead. After looking at a few companies we decided to go with Shine Squad and have not been disappointed. He is kind, courteous and very knowledgable as to what other maintenance our home needs. Anna was prompt giving a quote and making sure that I knew how to prepare for my maintenance. Andrew did a great job cleaning my windows...some were in rather awkward locations. He was pleasant and hardworking and wanted to be sure I was completely satisfied. He did such a good job that I actually contracted them to power wash my deck!

I recently contacted Anna to book a window cleaning service and I'm so glad I came across their service. Anna was very understanding & accommodating with the time constrains we had.
Andrew was punctual and although the weather was not cooperating, he left our windows sparkling clean.

Anna, Andrew and helper really are efficient, hardworking and friendly. Andrew called me right away and came to do both the gutter cleaning and window cleaning. He takes obvious pride in his work and is enthusiastic about all his jobs. Flexible, courteous and committed, Shine Squad really benefits from having Andrew and Anna as Owner/Operators. No "just going through the motions" for these folks.

We had our exterior windows cleaned for the first time by Andrew and his crew. It was a good experience from beginning to end. Anna was prompt in emailing me a quote and setting up a date and Andrew was thorough. Its a very friendly service at a reasonable price. Will book again next spring
