The worst under floor installation by far! Rodrigo convinced me to change my current rads to infloor heating and Navien combination boiler. He butchered my joists and insulated improperly, which led to tearing down the ceiling. The boiler install was a disaster with a pile of Pex pipe that was hanging like spagetti. Nothing was labelled. Chimney exhaust that came apart. The Navien unit keeps turning off and we were left without heat. He takes no responsibility or accountability for his incompetence. He should have his licence revoked and go to jail for an installation that is a health hazard. Stay away from this company
