David Promised and agreed to complete all electrical work, promised to do all required work as we needed, doesn’t want to sign the contract, trust goes on shake hand, in business for 50 years, took the money ahead of time (said he needs to buy material, to pay his assistant) , did couple of flying visits, always in rush, he tells, he is extremely busy. because of flying and rush visits mess up with his work. Agrees with multiple contracts, he won't do justice to anyone. Finally without completing half of the work said, he completed what he paid for, he doesn’t want to work, any more, unless we pay extra. Very Dirty and careless job. David doesn't care about the home owners, inconvenience and feelings. David make home owner to clean, all his mess what he made.
People have to be very careful with his sweet talk. Finally he won't show up, until then he tells so many morals and stories, he pretends, behaves, talks he is the only loyal gentle man in the world.
