I called Max appliance about my oven not working and dishwasher not cleaning properly. They sent a technician (Evgeny Pankarentko) right away, within 24 hrs he sourced the parts needed and wanted to come back the next day to fix it (on a weekend). I would highly recommend Evgeny from Max Appliance.
