Pros: Less than 12 hour turnaround. A technician was at my door on a Sunday and to my knowledge, they did not charge a premium for this.
Technician diagnosed the problem quickly (the drain pump in my front loading washer had broken and needed to be replaced). I would say the entire job took under 75 minutes. He was able to replace the part on the spot.

Cons: Fee was a bit steep. Part was likely charged at $149, and labour was $100/hour but there wasn't a clear breakdown on the invoice so I can only guess. There was also a sneaky 3% service charge for taking a credit card. Had I been informed of this I would have arranged for an e-Transfer instead.
