Max Appliance Repair

Dryer wouldn't start. I called Max Appliance Repair. They came over to assess the problem and fixed it promptly. Their technician, Ilya Kurbatov was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Overall excellent service.

Ilya came right away after I called, and had my washing machine fixed and working perfectly within a couple of hours. Will definitely call again if I need another appliance repaired.

Our dryer randomly stopped working 5 days before xmas. I called Max Repair based on their high ratings and was not dissapointed.

Evgen was kind, friendly and very efficient. He explained every step of his process and went out of his way to find the replacement part for the dryer - same day!!- so that we did not have to wait any longer to have a working dryer. Evgen also explained the pricing to us for the parts and labour and his honesty was very much appreciated. I cannot express how happy we were with Evgen and his work!

I've had Max Repair two times in the last week for different appliances. (UGH). Each time they committed to a time, Ilya phoned to say he was on his way and showed up up time. Ilya is extremely polite and respectful. Excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Just a note about the cost. The cost may seem expensive but compared to other places this was the most reasonable. I didn't want to replace my washer, it's a Bosch and should run another 10 years now.
