S&S Cleaning

I am very disappointed at the service. I was misled by their rating here. Not all light fixtures were cleaned as promised because foam particles from the packing were still seen on the lights. The crystals on the chandelier were still dusty. They promised to move furnitures around to clean the floor but at the end many parts of the flooring were untouched. They emphasized wipe down service from top to bottom but so many walls were still dusty. Tapes and pencil markings from contractors were seen on the walls. They stated they would clean all the drawers but wood pieces were noted inside some of them. The carpet runners for the stairs were a nightmare to look at. I honestly do not think the cleaners actually vacuumed them at all.

Sophie is a very nice person to talk to but her team was not able to deliver the service and quality she is so proud of. I expected much better service if the rating is 9 or above. They charged me $45 per person per hour which I am comfortable with because there was lots of cleaning to do after renovation. However the service they delieverd was not able to meet what Sopie promised and my expectation.
