We were looking at upgrading our lighting in our basement to pot lighting. Having had Jason complete a project before for us we gave him a call to do the work on this project. He once again provided us with extraordinary service through planning the work, showing up with his crew on time and completing the work as scheduled (including cleaning the worksite and instructing us on how to use the app etc.) The quote he provided was reasonable and the work was completed as quoted – no surprises. I highly recommend Element Electric.

I can not be any more happy with Jason’s work. He pretty much ended up designing my kitchen after coming by for a quote. All his work is done extremely well. Jason was punctual with his appointments and meant business while he was working. All of his ideas for my lighting ended up being the best parts of my renovation. My house would not have turned out so well if I went with another contractor!

He replaced our existing panel and in the process cleaned up the wiring near the panel and installed a private pole (required by BC Hydro),. Also while upgrading our panel he installed a low voltage box for our cable and cleaned up all the associated wiring. In addition he upgraded our exterior lights.

The work was done professionally and at a reasonable cost. Jason was easy to talk to and delivered what we wanted.

Jason rerouted some washer and dryer circuits for us and installed a few new circuits in our garage for a workshop. From beginning to end Jason gave us top quality service and I can't recommend him enough. Besides top quality work, he was also punctual, personable and a very clear communicator.

In the quoting phase, Jason quickly understood what we were asking of him and even gave us some suggestions for improving the original plan. We also appreciated the itemized quote that he promptly provided so we knew exactly what we were paying for.

During the job, Jason went above and beyond. He completed each task exactly as we had asked and even threw in some extras (including fixing some old wiring from the 80's that was not part of the job). Jason also went out of his way to make sure any wall penetrations could be fixed easily.

The inspectors had no problems with his work and we easily passed.
