We chose Carnegie for their professional and personal presentation of their quote. They worked with us on all phases, and kept us informed on timelines and subcontractors. All the subcontractors were professional and did an excellent job. If we needed anything addressed Bill made sure it was done promptly. We will not hesitate to refer him to others or use Carnegie for future projects. It was a pleasure working with Bill. We are very satisfied with our new bathroom.

Bill saw us through the planning stage with patience and wisdom, and got us through the construction phase with immediate help when we needed it and a host of wonderful subcontractors, all of whom we recommend highly.

Bill and his team were able to accommodated changes that we made along the way while keeping our renovation on schedule and within budget without compromising quality.

My wife and I purchased a home in June of 2016. We bought the house with the express idea of renovating as the house was in dire need of an update.

We ended up having Bill complete a much larger renovation than we had originally expected to do including tearing out just over 2000 sq/ft of living space. We had him draw up plans for the city and we upgraded all of our windows and doors, added a new entrance to the house, re designed the main floor and upgraded all of the home systems like HVAC, electricity and plumbing ( all back to the city utilities). We had everything replaced - it was an 83% home Renovation with the only things trailing from the original home being the foundation and the exterior walls.

We had an extremely tight time frame of 3 months to complete the project as my wife was pregnant and due in October.
They kept the project on track for time and we were able to move in the first week of October.
We absolutely love our final product and would absolutely recommend Carnegie Contracting to anyone looking for a renovation from a competent and qualified company.
