It took less than 24 hours from first contact to the installation of wall mounted TV. Denis was early, polite and fast. There was no mess and he even helped me set up the rest of my AV system which was looking like a rats nest. He was able to adapt to my situation (concrete wall instead of drywall as I had assumed) and made the best of it. I would highly recommend Denis to anyone looking for a similar installation.
