I called Devon, and within the hour we met and had a plan. The job was completed within a week of our first meeting. The deck is watertight and beautiful. He is a very honest and hard working guy, and I will recommend J & J H2O and Devon every time. It is a bit more costly than the standard asphalt options, but well worth the price if you want to be able to use the space , and have it last for years.

Hiring the right contractor is a very daunting task for me because I had a not so good experience in the past. Research after research to find that perfect fit. Then I found Devon! Although his quote was higher than the others, I went for him. He had me with his prompt responses and EXCELLENT customer relations. He also was able to accommodate me to work within my timeline as I have another project going on -balcony glass enclosure. He did a wonderful job period! I also had asked him four weeks later to come back to seal some parts that was left open after the glass enclosure was completed. What a great guy! I'm really happy with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone! For the first time I felt that I had hired the best contractor! Thanks so much Devon!

Duradek was used by the builder on the balcony, however, wood underneath it was rotting creating a dangerous situation. I needed the work done asap and Devon put this project ahead of a much larger $$ job he had and accommodated me on a weekend. He was very meticulous, thorough and professional. He even went above and beyond expectations with a great idea that made the repair seemless - at no added cost. His price was more than reasonable and his workmanship and skill are remarkable. Devon is a perfectionist - he did not apply the product until every speck of sawdust was brushed from the floor and he took considerable time and effort to ensure a proper slope for water drainage. I had water leak damage in the flat roof deck balcony area of my house. After calling several roofing companies, I was very disappointed. Many roofing companies either were not interested in this work (as the balcony was not big), or didn't know (or care) enough to even explain how they would fix it. Devon came and gave a reasonable quote, and clearly explained how he would do the work. I was impressed and hired him immediately. That decision proved to be great! Devon came and used used wood to build a proper slope first to ensure water doesn't pool in my balcony. Then he removed wall sidings to ensure waterproof Duradek vinyl goes underneath that. Finally he applied Duradek vinyl on the entire balcony, and sealed all sections carefully. I was very impressed with his work and very pleased with the Duradek product itself!

I would strongly recommend Devon and Duradek for flat roof balconies!

Devon is a class act through and through. He assessed my leaking issue and repaired some water logged wood underneath the deck and then patched the surface perfectly with a great looking patch that ended up being a lot less unsightly than I original thought. He came in with a great price too which I also appreciated.

We needed new roofing and a deck on a second story flat roof area and were able to get Duradek installed by Devon and his team which solved both problems with one shot. They installed it over the existing roof and the price includes the installation of sloped plywood subfloor on an approximately 300 square foot area. I really appreciated Devon's can do attitude and concern to save me money on the project! They did this project in one day.
