Capital Appliance Repair had a technician visit my house within 1 business day of my calling in to have my dryer's power cord replaced. The only significant delay in completing the repair was waiting for a part that had to be ordered and shipped from Toronto.
The technician was polite, to-the-point, and professional, and pricing was very reasonable.
My only suggestion for improvement would be as follows: although I called in with a specific, known problem with the dryer, it would have been soothing to know that the technician reviewed the other dryer components and determined they were all still in good working order. I don't really recall the technician doing that - not to say he didn't, only that I don't recall him discussing it with me.
