Refrigerator stopped working a day before vacation. Although the part was not in stock, the repair person, Artur, diagnosed the problem quickly and made an appointment for the day we returned. Refrigerator was operational quickly.

The technician was very punctual and friendly. He explained to me that the repair could not be done because the parts were discontinued. However, he tried to see if old school repairs could be done. In the end nothing worked but I feel like he gave me my money's worth.

Capital appliance quickly returned my phone call for a service call and set up an appointment. The technician came on time.

I recieved a quote to replace a thermal fuse. $300 for parts and labour to replace the thermal fuse, 1 month warranty. When I referred to their website regarding the advertised 1 year warranty on all dryer repairs I was laughed at. Needless to say, for the cost of the repair (close to what it would be to buy a new one) and lack of warranty, something I took into consideration when calling this company, I declined the offer to fix the dryer and paid the service call fee for the technician to diagnose the problem. Ended up purchasing the fuse for $30 and replacing it myself in 30 minutes, and I have ZERO experience in fixing home appliances. Not sure if $300 is a fair rate but in my mind it isn't. Also, all my duct work was left unattached when the technician left.

This is just to say that CAR responded quickly to my request for refrigerator assessment/repair, and Ilya did a professional job of analysing and solving the problem. 10 July 2017

Eugenyi provided excellent diagnostic service and sound advice on the purchase of a new dishwasher. Our dishwasher has a malfunctioning control panel and the replacement part, even if it were available (which it is not), would be prohibitively expensive.

I was very pleased with how quickly the company responded to my email. Elya was at my door the next day to assess the problem. It took a day to get the parts and he was back on time the next day and within 20 minutes everything was working again. He was very pleasant and explained how things worked. He also mentioned the problems caused by using the self cleaning feature which I wasn't aware of.
It was more expensive than I expected but I didn't do any comparison shopping as it was more important to me to get the job done quickly and well.
I have already recommended Capital Appliance to friend!

While hand cleaning the oven of my 25 year Whirlpool range, it shorted and the display panel and oven stopped working. Although the part required is no longer available, the technician was on time, polite, knowledgeable and explored all options and sources to possibly repair the range. Definitely would recommend this company.
