Sasha was sweet as pie when we agreed to get our heating and cooling system from him. It was even installed in a timely matter.
The problems started when our thermostat stopped working less than 6 months in. We reached out to Sasha about it. He put us in touch with Sergio who did come and had a look. He apparently ordered the new thermostat in March 2021. I have followed up with Sasha, Sergio and the office no less than 30 times over the last year (it is currently April 2022 now at time of writing). It has still not been replaced or fixed. It has been over a YEAR. The time and energy following these people up is ridiculous. I told Sasha that Id be writing a bad review until it was fixed so cross your fingers for us that this works. Definitely do not use this company.
