He is a no show and professional delayer.
He had months to prepare and never showed to start the project. We spent so much time with him that I'm very disappointed.
He did not promptly pay his subcontractors who further delayed the work because they were not paid.
Stay away from him he does not know what he is doing and is unreliable.
