Whole house (mostly) motorized window shades
Had a great experience with Lior from Window Fashions Depot. He walked us through our many options at his showroom. We really appreciated how he incredibly friendly he was, as well as being very communicative, patiently answering all of my many questions, and upfront with costs. We were provided with detailed quotes, which he updated whenever we made requests for changes to them.
After we decided to proceed with him, he also kept us updated when there were some inevitable (short) delays. Installation went smoothly and he came to join the installer at our house to finish up. I'd say there was really nothing negative about our experience, apart from the short delay that was as a result of the manufacturer not being able do something that we'd originally wanted, and we would absolutely work with Lior again if we need new window treatments in the future.
