Going Above and Beyond What a Typical Paving Co. Usually Does!
The process of having a second driveway put on my property in Ottawa was a painful and frustrating ordeal. NOT because of the efforts by Samy and his staff, but because of the nitpicking and hoops that were put into place by the city bylaw dept. Start to finish it took 18 months of constant paperwork and numerous phone calls. Most companies would certainly never invest so much energy into something that was clearly not their resposibility. Samy very bravely took on the task of getting all paperwork in order ( no small feat when dealing with a government department). My local councilman couldn't even help me! Finally, the go ahead was given and my driveway was the last one done in the 2020 season. I can't express how impressed I was by this man and his company. This sort of above and beyond service is not something one sees in the business world these days. This company prides itself on giving the best effort and product that they can. I will certainly use them in the future should the occasion arise.
